Tae Kwon Do:

Simply translated the name Tae Kwon Do is an accurate description of the sport, it means “the way of hand and foot” (Tae meaning “Foot”, Kwon meaning “Hand”, Do meaning “way”). Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that uses a combination of kicks, strikes and blocks to teach self-defense as well as discipline, respect and self-control.

Little Ninjas:

Our Little Ninjas Program is a great starting point for children ages 3 – 4 years of age. This program is designed especially for the maturity and energy level of the younger age range. Our goal is to prepare children to be successful in all aspects of their young lives, including social skills, beginning school, home life and martial arts. Throughout the Little Ninja’s Program your child will learn valuable skills such as respect, discipline and perseverance. We use a combination of games, short lessons and agility training to keep young minds engaged throughout the class.

Kids Tae Kwon Do:

Tae Kwon Do is more than just a sport, just a couple of hours a week. Our Kids Tae Kwon Do program can change your child’s life. With a combination of realistic goals, positive coaching and fun filled classes our goal is to encourage a positive attitude and instill the self-discipline necessary to succeed.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

Jiu-Jitsu, which literally means the “the gentle art,” is a method of self-defense that utilizes various forms of grappling techniques. This includes throws and sweeps as well as joint manipulations, chokes and other submission holds. Jiu-Jitsu teaches one to use leverage in order to defend oneself against a larger opponent. The goal of Jiu-Jitsu as self-defense is to be able to control your attacker without endangering yourself or seriously injuring your opponent. BJJ is an excellent self-defense option for men and women of any age, size, strength or athletic ability.


We believe that by focusing our energy not only on the body but on the mind as well, we can give children the mental and physical tools they need to effectively deal with any of life’s adversities and challenges not only as children but for the rest of their lives.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective types of self-defense out there but self-defense is not all your child will learn in our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program, some of the benefits include:

We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for men and women of all levels and ability. Many people choose to learn for a variety reasons: fitness, stress reduction, a sense of empowerment and competition to name just a few. In our BJJ program students start with beginner classes that are designed to teach the fundamental techniques of BJJ that will serve as the foundation for all future learning. Students at the beginner level will also begin to develop their own personal BJJ style to best suit their individual preference and body types. After the students have mastered the basics they move up to our advanced classes which are structured to refine the skills students learn at the beginner level and further develop their technique.

Weapons Class:

Our Weapons Class is a great addition to any martial arts training, although no martial arts experience is necessary to enroll. As a beginner in our weapons program you will learn nun chucks first, once you master nun chuck skills you can progress and learn another weapons including the bo staff, samurai sword and more!


Women’s Self-Defense:

Our Women’s Self-Defense Program is focused on providing women with the tools required to defend themselves in any situation. By teaching a combination ofawareness, assertiveness, safety strategies and real world self-defense techniquesour mission is to equip, empower and educate women on how to stay safe. Self-defense is more than just knowing how to fight back, it is knowing how to avoid a dangerous situation in the first place. Our self-defense program will expand the way you think about violence prevention, help you deal with your fears and enable you to feel more empowered in your life.
